Greenhead Jobs

Accessibility statement

This statement applies to Greenhead Jobs, the online job application system at jobs.greenhead.digital. It does not cover the main Greenhead College website, which has its own accessibility statement.

This system is run by Greenhead College. We want as many people as possible to be able to apply for a job here. That means you should be able to:

We have also made the text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, because of the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content and what we are doing about it

We are not aware of any part of this system that fails the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We are saying “partially compliant” rather than “fully compliant” because of what we have not yet finished testing, which is not the same thing as knowing it works:

Reporting accessibility problems with this website

We are always looking to improve the accessibility of this system. If you find a problem that is not listed above, or you think we are not meeting the accessibility requirements, please contact us:

Tell us what you were trying to do and what went wrong, and we will get back to you. If you need information on this website in a different format — for example an accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio recording or braille — please ask, and we will make arrangements.

You can always apply for a job here without using the online form. Contact us using the details above and we will arrange another way for you to apply. You will not be at any disadvantage for doing so.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 8 September 2026. It was last reviewed on 8 September 2026.

This website was last tested on 8 September 2026. Testing was carried out by Greenhead College using automated checks (axe-core) against every page, at both a mobile and a desktop screen size, as part of the process that builds the system — so every change is tested rather than every release. We chose this approach because it catches common failures immediately, and we are clear about its limit: it does not replace testing by people, which is why the compliance status above is “partially compliant”.
